    Hi surinder,

    Sorry to hear that you are getting spammed on the offline form. Can you send the following information to chat@zendesk.com mentioning you are getting spammed:

    - IP address of visitors spamming you

    - Content of the messages being sent to you

    If the spam messages are coming from a country you are not focused in as a company, you can choose to use the Country Blacklist functionality. This is located in the Widget Security settings in the Chat dashboard.
