Cannot access Zendesk Chat API if Chat created through Support
When I try to implement step 1 of implicit grant flow OAuth authentication mechanism, I redirect user to https://www.zopim.com/oauth2/authorizations/new?... to acquire authorization token, and there Zopim login form pops up. When I enter my credentials that I use to access Zendesk Chat or Support, it says:
Incorrect email address or password. Please try again.
But again, I log in seamlessly with these credentials to Zendesk Chat. I believe this is because Chat was created from Support and not separately, and Zopim (and Zopim API along with authorization page) knows nothing about my Zendesk credentials. How can I overcome it?

I see that you've reached out with an additional question regarding authentication with the Zendesk Chat API in How can I change API client type without access token?
You would need to Generate a REST API token for integrated Chat accounts for authentication of these requests. As it sounds like you may already be familiar with that requirement I believed it best to consolidate both of your questions into a single ticket so we can review these questions with you in greater detail.
