Way to stop sending internal notes to clients

    Hi Christopher,

    Currently, this feature does not exist and the apps framework APIs currently don't have an option to see the message before it gets sent/intercept it from being sent.

    There are no plans in 2018 to build a feature like this. If/when we do offer something that will solve this issue for you, we will let you know.
