    Hi there Steven,

You can look into using the say Javascript API to do what you want: https://api.zopim.com/files/meshim/widget/controllers/LiveChatAPI-js.html#say

It will require some front end development on your end.

    Thanks,

    Ramin

    Hello Ramin,

    Thank you for your answer.
I am not a great programmer. I get that I need to use this line

    1. <a href="javascript:void($zopim.livechat.say('I would like an orange banana!'))"></a>

but do you know how I can read the values out of the form I'm using? I'm using a plugin to create a form on WordPress.
I want it to be like this
    <a href="javascript:void($zopim.livechat.say('form value'))"></a>

    Thanks,

    Steven

    Hi Steven,

Unfortunately, we cannot provide development help beyond what our APIs can do. You can look at getting freelance developer help via a service like Upwork or Fiverr
