    We want the options can jump to related articles, and user also can choose jump to agents.

    Yes, a bot (with proper setting and training) can do all that. Btw, have you checked our AnswerBot out? It does exactly what you are asking :)

    hello, I have a few question about bot function,

    Not like answer bot that I need to set up rule for my answers,

    Is there any solution that I could monitor my chat with visitor and auto response with my own api?

    I implemented this function with chat apps, but that I would need a person to open the visitor chat dialog then my program will run.

     

    I had also tried real-time api but it seems not possible to get message content and reply from that?

     

    Is that possible to realize?

    We are working on a set of S/R APIs to enable 3rd party apps to subscribe to / send out messages as an agent in an agent-end user conversation.

    API details and customer eligibility will be announced towards end of June. Stay tuned! :)

    I don't see that there's any existing integration for that product. If Dialogflow has an API, you may be able to create your own custom integration, though!
