Inserting A form in chat window

    Hi there,

    You can use the Web SDK (Enterprise plan only) to build a custom widget with this form and add the selection to the visitor as tags. This is how other customers have achieved what you want to achieve.

    Here are the docs for the Web SDK:

    There are no options to integrate custom fields in the pre-chat form and we have no plans to add this functionality in the next 12 months.
