    Hi Sugi,

    Thanks for posting your question and feedback. Regarding public holiday support, it isn't something we are planning on building in 2018.

    Regarding creating a gap in between the day, you can do this today by creating two department schedules for the same department in the operating hours settings. There is a post explaining this here: https://chat.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/221845068-Operating-Hours-
