    Justin here from the Zendesk Advocacy support team.  I've taken a look into this case and at this time we do not have a stand-alone Windows app that operates outside of the web interface.  Additionally there unfortunately aren't any plans to implement something like that into the Zendesk host of applications in the near future.

    Is there something vital to your account workflow that would require the Chat tool to be housed outside of the web interface?  If so, I would encourage you to post more about your desired needs for the tool and see if there are any options to achieve that within the existing environment.
