    Hi Jessie and Barry.

    Thank you Barry for you answer but I am in the same case. I have no event which tell me that the agent has quit the chat or something else. How can I do to know if there is an agent available or no when I try to connect before showing "no available agent" ? I need to show another view instead of the one provided by the SDK if there is no agent available.

    Hi Petr,

    I don't think I can confirm this exact behaviour. Can you list out the  things you are doing exactly please? In my case I am

    1. Starting a chat
    2. Accept chat in agent interface
    3. Close the chat in agent interface
    4. Close chat on device
    5. Resume chat on device
    6. Go to visitors in agent interface
    7. Select visitor from step 1
    8. Type a message

    In my case I am getting the expected events
