I Have Some Suggestions....
Not plannedI Have Been Using This Service For Years And It Would Be Cool If You Could Have A Pop-Up Appear On A Users Screen To Give Them Information, Or A Ban Feature That Wouldn't Allow The User On The Website And May Redirect Them To Another Website, Or Just A Solid Screen That They Cannot Bypass.

Thanks for the feedback. The current behaviour for banning a visitor is removing the widget for that specific visitor or IP address. What you want is for the widget to completely block the visitor from using your website?
That is beyond the scope of what chat software should do and we have no immediate plans on supporting that use case. You might want to look into something like CloudFlare to block certain IPs or countries from visiting your site.
