Get number of ticket tag from chat in Zopim

Now I use Zopim and link data to Zendesk. I want to export a report from Zendesk which have the most frequent topics asked by customers FROM ZOPIM (I also have tagged in Zopim).
Could you help me to create this report. If any, please guide me in detail.

If you are categorizing those requests by adding tags to those chat sessions:

then it should be simple. Our Zendesk Zopim Integration will also sync all the tags to the Zendesk ticket. In Insights (Professional / Enterprise), you can create metrics for each tag that you can use in reports.
