    Hi Rich,

    Thanks for reporting this. We've seen reports from several other users as well, and do have a problem ticket in with our devs to work on a fix.

    We'll be updating this thread in the community: Help Center has new bug inserting images into help article and if others are seeing this issue, please post there.

    Our Developers have recently released code which should resolve the issues with unwanted images inserting into article.

    Please refresh your browser to make sure you're running the latest version of our software and let us know if you're still seeing this issue so that we can look into your specific case more closely.
