The addition of searching for existing Help Center articles when inserting links to an article is very welcome.
However, this only works for published articles. If the article is still a draft, that article does not display in the search.
Sometimes, we need to create multiple articles in a row, for a step-by-step process, for example. But as we cannot link them together, we have to publish all of them, then come back to each article to edit and link.
The issue is if users follow a section, they are notified. They may not open the articles in the help center, and just read them as emails. In that case, they may miss the relationship between the articles.
Another workaround is publishing to agents only. But that's still annoying because the agents receive at least the double of notifications than that should be.
