We're currently running the Answer Bot in our web widget alongside the EAP for the integrated chat experience, but we've run into an issue with triggered chats on mobile.
On desktop, our chat triggers work as expected where the message automatically opens the chat window. However, on mobile, when the trigger is fired, the "1 New" appears in the widget bubble as expected. But when you click on the widget to read the message, it opens Answer Bot, which begins a bot conversation rather than pulling up the actual chat window with the triggered message. The user needs to click "Live Chat" to go to the chat window and see the triggered message.
This isn't intuitive since users who see the "1 new" alert don't know to click on the live chat and end up closing out when they get the standard Answer Bot conversation. Ideally, when a chat is triggered on mobile, it should open straight to the chat window when the user clicks on the widget so they see the triggered message.
