It appears that the "Captured Knowledge" sub menu on the Guide Admin Manage Articles menu is ONLY available on Enterprise (this menu item shows articles created via the Knowledge Capture app). The Professional plan allows article creation and the Knowledge Capture app can be used to create articles on Professional plan accounts, so it doesn't make sense to ONLY enable this menu for Enterprise customers.
Articles created via the app can be created as drafts, but, your KB may have a substantial number of drafts, which makes it hard to find the articles created by the app. This forces your Professional plan customers who use the app to create articles with labels and use an article search with the label in order to locate and mange the review/publication of suggested articles created via the app.
Since you appear to have an easy way to identify and surface these for Enterprise plan customers via the Captured Knowledge sub menu--and since that does not appear to be dependent upon any Enterprise specific functionality--I am requesting you add this menu for Professional customers.
