    I'm testing this API and can see that the Conversation ID is sent in clear on the side conversations created by the API :



    Is this behavior is expected by your side ? It could be a problem to show this to the receiver of email.

    Nicolas one thing to check is if the side conversation was created with plain text only. If you create it with the `html_body` attribute in addition to the `body` attribute the Conversation ID portion should be added in a way to make it invisible to the recipient(s). Plain text only messages can't use HTML to hide the Conversation ID.
