403 response on Create Callback Request

    Hi Jonathan,

    Are you using Zendesk Talk or another voice provider? Would you be able to provide us with API call (excluding token) so we can take a look for you?

    Hi Brett,

    I'm the developer currently trying to implement this api request with Jonathon.  This is the request that is failing.

     

    POST https://huddlemoney.zendesk.com/api/v2/channels/voice/callback_requests.json

    The response we get back is:

    403 Forbidden

    You do not have access to this page. Please contact the account owner of this help desk for further help.

     

    Obviously we are including the username/token:password basic auth mechanism. This authentication works for any other endpoint we try it on.

     

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I was under the impression from Brett's earlier post tat I would receive an email, which says "You'll receive a follow-up email shortly stating your ticket has been created."

    We've not received anything still, so I'm just wondering what the status is.

    Hey Jonathan,

    The ticket has been created with Krystan as the requester. I've just updated the ticket to add you as a CC. That way you'll receive an update once our Tier 2 team is able to take a look :)
