Other person editing same ticket but he isn't editing

    Hi Svend,

    This icon should only be highlighted if the agent has started to edit the ticket. If they have only opened the ticket and has not started editing at all, it may be worth clearing your browsers cache/cookies.

    The other option if the above doesn't work is to disable browser extension temporarily to see if that helps. Most of the time these issues with the UI are browser related so I would definitely start there :)
