Currently it's possible to setup a workflow for flagged articles but not for new articles created via the Knowledge Capture app.
Agents are requested to create tickets for the new articles and the docs guys are subscribed to the sections.
However an agent forgets to create a ticket or the person managing the article needs to create on/email the agent if additional info is required.
Create a ticket when a new article is created from the Knowledge Capture app.
This can be added to the existing workflow allowing agents to be alerted and aware of newly created articles.
This also allows for communication for additional information, history and on ticket closure the agents will be alerted that the article editing is done and published.
