I have started using NPS surveys within Zendesk, I want to reduce the amount of these surveys that are picked up as spam and the Zendesk NPS article references https://mandrill.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/205582267-About-SPF-and-DKIM . However this link only seems relevant for Mandrill customers as I will not have a domain key to complete the setup. As Zendesk is sending the emails via Mandrill I do not have a Mandrill account. Has anyone encountered this?
