Have integrated Zendesk with SFDC. When a new account is created or a Lead is converted to an Account, corresponding information is synced into Zendesk. However, when we make any updates in SF for that Account (like adding more information in new fields), this is not synced into their corresponding fields in Zendesk. We have ensured ongoing sync is enabed and the field mapping is correct. Could anyone help out with this problem? Is this just a bug in Salesforce or is there something we are doing wrong with the mapping or sync settings?
