We got an EAP version of Explore. It came with 4 datasets for Support. Per this article (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022191014-Which-datasets-use-the-latest-data-schema-) dataset updates are not pushed out to these Support datasets, but rather we need to create new datasets to get new functionality and features. I can name these new datasets in any way I want to try to direct my users to choose them, but I cannot rename or inactivate the old standard Zendesk datasets. I have no means to prevent users from choosing these old out of date EAP datasets when creating queries.
Ideally, it would be great if the datasets just updated and I did not need to create new ones or migrate data. If that's not possible, I need a way to inactivate old datasets in my Explore environment to prevent people from creating queries with them.
