    Hi Lisa,

     

    I am a Zendesk admin and had one of my agents asking if it was possible to revert the ticket view to the previous one. In this article it's stated to match chats and arranged from oldest to newest.

    Is it possible to have newest to oldest with the comments fields on the top - ideally individually per agent?

    The chats are not translating. Is there no longer the translation feature?

    Hey Jordan,

    Are you using the Agent Workspaces EAP currently? If so, the EAP doesn't support translations at this time. If you need this option, you'd want to opt-out of the EAP to continue using Chat translations.

    Is that still unavailable to use korean properly on EAP? when there was no EAP feature on zendesk, there was no problem to use Korean on chat but after activated EAP, sometimes the words disappear with no reasons.Also, I cannot see a part of Macro on chat that I've been set up when the EAP is activated.

    Can't knowledge capture be used in chat when the EAP function is enabled?
    Searching and connecting documents in knowledge capture does not connect to chats.

    Thank you for the feedback!

    We've have a solution that fixes the Knowledge Capture app issue, so that it's able to add article links to the ticket editor during a chat. We are also working on enabling the use of Macros in chat. Both are scheduled to release in early March. I'll keep you updated!

    We have a fix in place that fixes the Korean character rendering issue. We'll enable it in your account within the next couple days.
