Hello there, I would like to know if there is a way to create a trigger that will allow notification via email with a high priority. I would like it to only send high priority if the ticket is high priority (which is determined by a custom field we have created using a numbered system i.e. high priority is a 1 or 2.) Can this be done?

What sort of custom field are you using? If you're using a custom drop-down field, you can set up your trigger similar to the following:
