    Hi Arjen,

This is not a native option today.  You'd have to add an image as an attachment when creating a ticket through the form.  You could build your own web form that your team processes and submits through the Requests API. This would allow you for more control of how your customers submit tickets into Zendesk.

You also have the option for customers to submit via email and images are kept inline.

    Hi Arjen Twilt

I was asked by one of our customers if they can do this -- paste images or screenshots (from clipboard), and I ended up creating a proof-of-concept:

    http://g.recordit.co/UE5vSu4rPp.gif
    http://g.recordit.co/Vdy4am62LQ.gif

The focus can be anywhere in the window, and only images from clipboard will be pasted (basically added as an attachment).

Please let us know what you think? I am going to improve it further and find out a way to inline images in description.

    Thank you

    HI Abdul,

Yeah this definitely looks like something we could use. Would this work with pictures that are captured with Microsoft snipping tool as well?

    Cheers

    Arjen

    Hi Arjen Twilt

I think, it will. If there is an image on clipboard (be it via a tool or copied one as shown in gifs), it will paste. I will test and let you know results.

    Thank you
