How can I report on Comment Content (public or private) in Explore?
I want to be able to search and find related tickets based on comment content. I cannot find an attribute for it in Explore. Is there a way I can do this?

Unfortunately, ticket comments are not synced with Explore. This is due to issues in loading and performance because ticket comments use more data than the available metrics and attributes. If you are wanting to search based on ticket keywords, you will either want to use the built-in search function from the Zendesk interface, or utilize the Search API.
