    Hi there Fabio!

I believe you should be able to use chat placeholders with triggers, but not with shortcuts.

Hi @visitor_name, welcome back! What's the weather like today in @visitor_country_name?

The above should give you a personal greeting with a mention of visitor country name.

You should also be able to add tags about visitor country by trigger, for example:

    Hope that helps you out.

Edit: added link to Chat placeholder reference.

    Hi Jacob,

    thanks for that!

Using the placeholders in messages worked perfectly, but using them in the tag field didn't. That's also mentioned in the article you mentioned above. Since there are quite a lot of countries I don't like using your suggestion above to add a trigger for every country. ;-)

Since I was able to add the country to the visitor notes though, I won't need to add them as tags for now.

Hello,  am I able to add a placeholder for the agent's name when a First Reply trigger is activated?

    Hey Joann,

Unfortunately, there's no placeholder available that will populate the agent's name within the trigger that's fired. For a list of available placeholders, you can take a look at the following article: Chat trigger conditions and actions reference
