It would be useful to have a value for the number of tickets in a certain state for an organization that could be used in triggers or automations.

- [org tickets] in [on-hold] state [=] 2
We could then have a trigger reply a certain message when an org submits another one or have an automation fire that sends an email warning about too many tickets in state X for an org.
