We would like to request the ability to move a call recording between tickets. Our tickets often require multiple calls, we know we can put all outbound calls in the same ticket, but we often get called back by the vendors we work with which puts that call and associated recording into a new ticket. We can merge that ticket to the original, but it does not move the recording over, just attached the ticket numbers.
This can be very time consuming to properly research calls, complete our quality assurance, and quickly provide the relevant and useful information needed.
