We are testing Zendesk Talk on Sandbox.
I noticed that when adding a phone number to a end user's profile, the profile of the user is not displayed when we call this number.

Can you please let me know why?
Also please advise, soon we want to transfer all of our clients' phone numbers to their profiles, and we cant have a situation where every call will be a new account instead of existing customer profile.
Im talking here of about 250k customers.
