Get customer WhatsApp number in web widget on Zendesk Support platform

    Hi Miri-

    Is there any more context you might provide here? There are no ZAF APIs to get this data, as there is no object where this key is called out explicitly. It could be stored in a custom field, or as another phone line, under the user profile. It will depend on you & how the data was being stored.

    Thanks for the quick response.

    I need to get the costumer Whatsapp number for my web widget app on zendesk platform. I can see the number under the user profile but I dont know how I can to get the number for the web widget (if it dosnt appear in the ZAFClient object)   
    Is there is a way that I can get this number?

    Hi Miri, from what location are you trying to obtain this number? Is it from an app in the agent interface? Obtaining user details will depend on the permission set available to whomever is querying. I'm also not sure where it is being stored, a custom field or set as an identity - more detail is needed. My best recommendation at this point would be to query our REST API for any user details.
