    Hey Chris,

Thanks for reaching out! I'm not sure I follow what kind of metrics you're looking to report on here. Can you provide some more context?

Hi Molly this is what it would look like:

Right now, I can't find a way to create subtotals that don't include all of a specific category. So if I wanted to subtotal on two specific rows like this, I can't.

    Hey there Chris,

No worries, that information is definitely helpful! It sounds like you're wanting a report that will pull months within your quarter, as well as the incomplete month still within this quarter. With that said, after a bit of testing on my end I do not believe you would be able to add subtotals for individual rows using the same date range/metric, as they would be considered apart of the same row and thus any metric aggregation changes would be applied to the whole row.

The only way to do this would be to have two rows/columns of data you can seperate and apply individual Grand Totals to. We have an article that covers both Simple totals and Advanced totals and how you can apply them to your reports. I'd recommend taking a look at this article here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022184614-Adding-totals-to-results,

However, if you do need further assistance with this, it might be a good idea to take a look at this report directly (If you've built any of it out). Please let us know!

Ok, thanks Kyle, that is what I suspected. It's either all or nothing, and not really customizable in this way.
