Search for a ticket

    Hi Kinjal -

When users are logged in and on their "my requests" page, if they enter a ticket ID in the search bar, that ticket should show up just as you're suggesting. (Note that if they put the # before the number that seems to break it.)

The search bar in the "my requests" page should not return content from your knowledge base, however if you've customized your Help Center/Guide that could potentially impact how this responds. Have you done any customization?

    Hello Nicole,

Can i search for more than one ticket at the same time in the search bar?

I've tried but i couldn't, i want to search with multiple ticket IDs in order to make bulk update (submit as solved) for example.

And is there any other way to do it?

    Hey Mohamed,

At the moment Zendesk is not capable of doing what you are trying to achieve, it is only possible to search for one ticket at a time.

If the tickets all came in at a similar time I could recommend a workaround where you filter your search results based on dates and times the tickets came in at within the filter tab.

Otherwise, if these tickets all have a similar custom field value you could try searching by those or possibly tags.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Cheers!
