I'm receiving the error in the subject when I open the Zendesk tab in Salesforce. Below you have the error from the Zendesk Event Log. It is a managed Zendesk class, so I can't see what is going on there.
Row with duplicate Name at index: 24 Class.Zendesk.ZendeskSyncCore.getOrgMappingsMap: line 356, column 1 Class.Zendesk.ZendeskSyncCore.getOrgMappingsValuesMap: line 366, column 1
For this reason my Zendesk tickets are not being created in SF. I'm using version 5.8.3.
