Has anyone found a replacement for a v1 framework app (Tag Warnings - https://github.com/TWHarr/zd-tag-warnings), that can provide an alert/message to an agent when a customer has one or more specific tags in their profile?
I currently use this a fair bit to alert to customers, such as VIP's, Repeat customers, or those who have a persistent/repeating need.
We use this app, and default to the Properties Panel with the ticket fields displayed, because we want everything to be displayed when the agent opens the ticket and puts the information front and centre; rather than relying on the agent to view other tabs every time.
Appreciate any suggestions or ideas to address this need as well.
