    Hi Uriel,

    I've created a report myself without any custom metric.

    1. Choose the Tickets [default] dataset

    2. Choose COUNT(Tickets) as a metric

    3. Add a filter for the status you want to see (I only choose open)

    4. Add a filter "Ticket updated - date" and choose the date range you want to see, by using either the simple or the advanced filter option.

    I chose to see all tickets without an update one week in the past with the status open and visualized it as a table with rows and got this result:

    Alternately, you could start looking into setting up SLA's based on your business hours and do reports on the ones that were breached.
