Was wondering if there is a metric that I could use to be able to run weekly tickets that have not been updated? I created a report in insights, but would like to be a bit more specific. For instance, if I am assigned a ticket and have not responded for more than 3 days (72 hours), I would like for that ticket to show up on the report. However, we want to exclude weekends as well.
Is there documentation on how to write queries for explore? I got a sense what to write, but I would like to know the syntax and fields available to be able to write and execute the query.
All help/advise would be appreciated.
