Better handling of quoted messages
As many we use the Side Converstions to communicate with our suppliers. Some use Zendesk, some use other systems like DeskPro. We noticed that because the Side Conversations are not using the —- Reply above this line —- cut in the email we get extremely long quotes on the Side Converstions. This sometimes makes it hard to find the actual message because 95% of the Side Converstion changed into a history book which is repeating the conversation over and over again. Would be good if it could cut off the quoted text like Zendesk Support does.

Hey Martijn, would you mind pointing us to some of the side conversations that this is happening in? We are working to not require the "reply above this line" delimiter, but that means we need to adjust our quoted content detector when we don't catch them, especially from a system like DeskPro, which formats differently than Gmail or Outlook. We've we also like better email response tracking. Like exists in gmail, outlook. Specifically, we would like the latest email response in the side conversation to be at the top and not the bottom of the side conversation. Essentially, a better way to track the back and forth so you're not scrolling through the back and forth to see the latest message.
