I am not sure if there is already a request for this, but we would LOVE the ability to utilize the phone number nicknames. We answer for multiple businesses and when a call comes in we can see the nickname but we cannot see it once that ticket is saved, it then only shows the number.
We really need this feature for reporting. It would be a lot more user friendly to be able to view the reports using the nicknames we assigned each number instead of us trying to determine who each line belongs to.
