I have two separate teams on my zendesk subdomain, and because I am on the teams pricing structure, my dashboard is no longer correct. I cannot edit it or create new ones, so now that the second team is in zendesk, I have to do my analysis via views, which is somewhat cumbersome.
I want to upgrade my account so I can get better dashboards, but that requires upgrading everyone on my subdomain. This would be very expensive, and I don't need my agents to get the dashboard features. I just need them for internal ticket management, so it seems counterproductive to pay for the other agents to get features we will disable, and it more than doubles our expense in zendesk.
Are there any plans to change the pricing scheme where you do not have to upgrade everyone to be on a new plan? Maybe a new plan that gives you two people with "manager" access which could have the better reporting, dashboards, and analytics, and everyone else has agent functionality?
