    Hey together,

    let's discuss this.

    We've built a generic Zendesk Telephony-Integration.
    What does the phone system need to be capable of?

    • Sending API-calls to our Middleware including information about the Call (i.e. source-phone, agent-email etc.).

    We can do a mapping for Genesys PureEngage on our end in order to have a simple and easy way to integrate both systems.
