We use Shopify for order placement and appreciate the Shopify for Support app. However, if a customer places an order with one email and reaches out to support, there is no way to see the order they placed in the Shopify app. I added the secondary email to their User profile, but the result was still "no orders found".
Per ZD Support, "the app is only designed to pull in order information based on the email address which is set as the requester on the incoming ticket. Unfortunately, the integration will not attempt to detect if the requester has multiple emails linked to their profile like you are looking for here."
I don't want to change the requester email or how we communicate, so how can I link these accounts so the order is displayed for a user, not just an email?
