How integrate Google Maps snippets in Zendesk

    Hi Francesco,

    Just to confirm... where are you actually trying to implement the GMaps iframe code? What do you mean by customize the Zendesk ticket page? Is this the ticket window the agent sees? or do you mean the my activities page the end-users see?

    You should be able to add a google map into a HC article without any issue. You would just need to add the gmap iframe code into the source code for the article. As well as making sure the "Display unsafe content" setting is active in your HC General settings. This post here leads me to believe it is possible. 

    Note: You can not iFrame Zendesk into your own site.
