Landscape mode missing in latest app

    Hi James, 

    I have the most recent version of the Zendesk Support app installed on an iPad with a keyboard case and it displays in landscape mode.  Can you provide more details on what you are running into? 

    The iPad app was recently (in the last few months) replaced by a universal app on iOS.  If you are on the older version you may want to check the App Store for the new app (linked above).  

    I can't speak for the Android app, but this feature looks like it still exists on iOS.

    I just checked on my Android phone (One Plus 3T) and tablet (Lenovo TAB4 10 Plus) and there doesn't seem to be a landscape mode indeed.
