Filtering an automation only when a Custom Date Field has not been populated.

    Hey Joe,

    I did some testing on my end and it doesn't look like there's a condition that will check if the field is populated or not.

    The only condition relatively close is the Not present condition which will only check to see if the ticket field is available on the form.

    You could also make this field required so the agent is unable to solve unless this field is populated.

    I'll leave this post open in case other users have an alternative solution for you.
