Is it possible to create triggers / automations / alerts based on activity (or lack thereof) in your Zendesk Community?
We would like our community moderator to be able to monitor for posts with tons of activity and no activity in a certain time period, both cases when we would want to post some official answers to help promote discussion.
In talking to Zendesk support, there isn't a native way to accomplish this. Does anyone have something that has worked for your company?
