Hello everyone, I read in the documentation that it is not possible to use the same email address for multiple users. However, our customers (who are professionals), sometimes use generic email addresses (email@example.com) How can we generate this in Zendesk? Is it possible to create a customer with this email address (who will receive the request) and then assign it to another customer (without an email address) upon receipt of the email? Has anyone ever managed this case? Best regards
