Similar email address for multiple users

    Hi Renald,

    As you mentioned, I'm afraid it's not possible to have an email address associated with multiple user profiles. I'm happy to leave this post open in case other users have an alternative solution for you :)

    Has anyone found a workaround?  We have clients where multiple users utilize the same email address ie: info@company.com.  We pride ourselves on being personal to our clients and want to address them with their correct name.  As well, we want to ensure we actoning requests of our fully authorized users accordingly [we have added fields in Zendesk to identify Fully Authorized Users].  Without being able to enter all fully authorized users into Zendesk, we will run into issues where an end user is not loaded into Zendesk causing delay to a request because we assume they are not a fully authorized user.

    Please let me know if anyone has a workaround.

    Hey Dana,

    There's no workaround that we at Zendesk can provide. I haven't seen any users come up with an alternative solutions to this limitation. Hopefully, others can chime in if they have any advice.
