I have a report that has tickets we worked on "last month" (Data set Support Tickets, Filter "Ticket Created - Month", edit date range, "last month").
But I also need to include tickets that were opened the month before that were still open as we started "last month".
For example: all tickets that were created in June PLUS tickets that were created in April or May that were STILL unsolved as of June 1.
I am new to Explore and am not sure how to include those tickets in this report of "tickets worked last month."
I can't just use "tickets closed this month" because I need to include tickets that are still open as of end of last month.
