Tickets worked last month - including ones that were open before the start of the month

    I've a similar requirement with slight difference.

    I want group wise backlog tickets on first day of the month by plotting against other fields like new-created, solved, reopened and followup tickets of the month. E.g. I would like to see group wise ticket count of tickets created in the month of September, Tickets solved, reopened, followup created in September against those created within this month. But there will be additional field that will say how many backlog from previous month came into this month and how many solved, reopened against those backlog in the month of September.
