Facebook / Messenger integration generating too many emails

I have connected Facebook (Messenger) to my Zendesk and so far all works just fine.
The problem is following: as soon as someone sends me a message it generates an e-mail which is fine with me, but every answer I give and every message they send back to me generates another e-mail...so I am completely submerged in e-mails generated by each line of chat entered by the customer or by me. Is there a way to regulate how many e-mails or when an e-mail is sent?

This should be something you can change in your trigger options. Adjust the one that controls when chat is updated to send an email to inactive, but keep created on the same. Let me know if this helps, and have a great day!
