Does Zendesk have a way to generate a report of tickets associated with suspended employee's?
In particular we are looking for a report in which you can filter the tickets based on requester and assignee. Along with the filter it would be handy to have a hyperlink which can be used to link back to the ticket.
I know this can be done through the API's just wasn't sure if there is a out of the box way to do this?
