Apply dashboard time filter across tab

    Hi MS,

    Filter selections are shared across any tabs with a dashboard filter for the same property. So if you'd like calls created date to be applied across multiple tabs, you'll need to add this filter to each of your tabs.

    Your agents would only need to apply the filter on the first tab for it to take effect on your other tabs.

    I've run into this problem also ??

    I have two tabs.

    A Data Filter on the first tab to select customer organisation on queries on the Tickets dataset does not filter on second tab also trying to filter Ticket Organisation on a query on SLA dataset, The 2 filters act independently, How can I avoid having 2 separate customer selections made in the two tabs ?

    I have not checked "Do not share across tab" in either filter and the datasets are linked for Ticket Organisation
